The Yellowstone Phenology Project: Finale Pt.1

After three weeks in the field guiding photography expeditions, I'm finally able to sit down with an internet connection and go through my photos.
I want to thank all the fantastic participants on my trips this month for making these opportunities possible. I hope you enjoyed photographing these experiences as much as I did! I'll post a series of photos every day that depict this autumn in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Today: A bunch of bears.

  1. Your shared images recall my memories of my yellowstone bus tours where I got a chance to see the diverse kinds of wild animals like Black Bear, Weasel, Bison , Grizzly Bear and active volcanoes. Black bears were eating berries, nuts and grasses; I was surprised to know that they can live over 25 years. Is this true?
