Yellowstone Wildlife

I am now a wildlife guide for Wildlife Expeditions of Teton Science Schools. We lead safari-style tours through Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. I just got back from a 4-day trip as support staff, and here is a little photo spread of what we saw.
Mesa Falls, just outside of Yellowstone.

The Lower Falls of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.

Firehole River, flowing through the Upper Geyser Basin and past Old Faithful.

Harlequin Ducks. One of the only species to live in and nest by whitewater rapids.

Bison calves of the year

Black Bear
Radio-collared female grizzly bear. I'm in a vehicle, FYI.
Momma grizzly and her two cubs (one is riding on top).

Wolf! Eating an elk! Yes!

  1. Beautiful photographs as always Sean!

  2. Amazing photos! I hope I get to see all of that in June!!
